Tool drafts and preferences may use IndexedDB or localStorage on your device. Clearing browser data can remove them.
Privacy
Your browser is the workspace.
CommonCrew Labs tools do not require accounts or use a central project database. Draft tool data stays in your browser. It leaves only when you print, export, or save a backup file. If you email us, only the information you put in the message is sent.

Backups and exports
Download a backup file, CSV, or printout for anything important. CommonCrew Labs cannot recover local drafts from your browser.
Site delivery
Cloudflare may process IP addresses and basic request details to serve and protect the site. CommonCrew Labs does not use those details to build volunteer profiles.
Your email service and ours handle messages you send. We keep a message while we answer it and follow up on the issue, then delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your message sooner by emailing the address below.
Analytics
This site does not use analytics. CommonCrew Labs does not send tool contents, project details, or email messages to an analytics service. If that changes, we will update this page before analytics are added.
Data we are not asking for
Do not enter child identity or location data, student medical details, emergency contacts, bank account numbers, tax IDs, official credentials, private donor contact lists, buyer private contact lists, or animal-health records into these tools.
